At the top!!!
perfect room, spacious, the spa in the room is great, perfect bed size, only small downside is that access to other services (catering, balneotherapy and gym) you have to leave the hotel but. I highly recommend this place
Visit in October, quiet and close to the beach. Rejuvenating stay
After 3 days spent in this hotel, it was a disappointment throughout the stay.
The website does not correspond to reality!!! (A SCAM)
1: we had booked a suite for 2 nights (€279 per night) in which we discovered surprises
- no small bottle of water in the rooms (extra €2.50)
- a magnificent bathtub in the room (without instructions for use) which spits out black impurities and sewer odors as soon as the jets are activated (we noted the mishap to the Maitre d'hôtel
who offered us compensation for 30 minutes of massage chair): a joke at the price of the room!!!
Where are the principles of hygiene???
- faulty light bulbs on the terrace which should not have been changed for ages!!
- a terrace that is not maintained at all.
2: we had also booked the SPA to enjoy a jacuzzi, hammam and sauna.
- torn bathrobes, broken door in the changing rooms and moldy jacuzzi protective cover!!!
3: we had booked a dinner in this hotel which offers a restaurant with fine cuisine prepared by a Master restaurateur with very tempting photos on the site, and there, big disappointment!!!
-the feeling of being in a company canteen (dining on plastic tables next to the breakfast counter.)
Bottle of champagne placed on the table without an ice bucket.
- the dishes arrived on the table like cans of cans dumped on the plates, making you wonder if there is really a cook behind the walls as stipulated on the site.
- breakfast worthy of a Formula 1 hotel in which you are asked €2.50 extra for a squeezed orange (without forgetting that breakfast is already charged €18 per person)!!!
CONCLUSION: the location of the hotel is very good, the reception staff very cordial, but HOTEL TO FLEE because the services do not correspond to this so-called 4 star establishment!!!!!!
And non-existent Management who runs away from problems even though they have already been reported by other customers!!!

Hotel very well located at Bois Plage in Ré, not far from the beach.
Spacious and very pleasant room, clean and perfect place to spend a relaxing romantic weekend. We were able to enjoy an hour at the spa with jacuzzi, Hammam and sauna. We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant for dinner, the dishes were very good and plentiful. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and offers many things, both sweet and savory.
We had a very pleasant weekend
Spacious and very pleasant room, clean and perfect place to spend a relaxing romantic weekend. We were able to enjoy an hour at the spa with jacuzzi, Hammam and sauna.
